During peak periods, launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK orders: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • International orders: 7–21 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 

International Shipping & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout; we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
